Application:

It is used to polish acrylic, plexiglass, organic glass etc. The workpiece surface polished by the machine is quite smooth same as mirror finish. 

Feature:

1. The diamond tipped cutter holder is mounted onto an inverter controlled, high frequency spindle. The cutter assembly runs across the material on precision linear rails, giving a smooth and accurate polish.

2. Material to be polished is clamped firmly to the work table of the machine, giving maximum support and rigidity. Multiple pneumatic clamping cylinders can be adjusted for position both along and across the material, giving the ultimate in flexibility for workpiece holding.

3. Cutting speed, traverse and angle are all controlled by a PLC, with a panel mounted LCD display giving feedback to the operator at all times. All of these adjustments can be made "on the fly", reducing the setup time between different angles.

4. Equipped with high power dust collector, no dust or splash during working.

 5. Tool’s blade is diamond material.

 6. Save cost. The only consumable part of the machine is the diamond tools.

Sorry, it can not.

2. What is the lifespan of the diamond tools?

About 800 hours.

3. Can I polish the diamond tools by myself?

Normally,no.

4.  Is it easy to operate?

Yes, very easy to operate. The machine only has 8 buttons.
